One feel a little wobbly from the Metal back. Little wing closure needs tightening to fix. Last photo
I believe these are 50”s. Another site says these are Art Deco
I believe these are green enamel on metal curtain tie backs
These are all metal brackets with decorative feather and flower motifs attached.
The metal back is 6" long, and the feather front is curved and measures 5 3/4”
The opening, where the curtain would be held, one is wider
Has 2 attachment holes for wall in the metal part of each tieback.
